I was quoted about this specific freeze on my account. So, you can imagine how important it was for me to be mentored by the right person and company for self custody of my coins after that absurd freeze on my account.

“I stupidly forgot the password to my Coldcard Hardware wallet which I was using along with Sparrow to self-custody my Bitcoin. I had devised a way to “disguise” my seed phrase and I did such a good job that I could not break my own code successfully. In other words, I had lost my Bitcoin forever as so many people have.
